Thriftanime is the loving creation of Lisa, who has been an anime fan since she was 13 years old!

While thinking of the future, Lisa always wanted to make sure her hobbies would remain a big part of her daily life. The idea to start a webshop came to her suddenly, but it quickly became a serious ambition. Having gained a lot of experience with buying and selling secondhand items over the years of being a figure, manga and merchandise collector, she knows how scary it might be for young or new fans (and their parents) to import their collectables straight from Japan themselves. However, Lisa believes that secondhand merchandise is an affordable and sustainable way of building your very own anime collection! To show her conviction, she started this store to make the process of building your own anime collection easier as well as cheaper!
